NEW: We've discovered a problem with Windows Explorer which causes a folder to refresh in a certain amount of time. We've noticed time to be near one minute between refresh.
So far, we've linked the problem to Internet Explorer when it is set to be the default web browser. Our refresh problem has disappeared since we made Firefox the default browser.
